It reads like a beautiful Chinese fable, following 'JadeKing' as he hits a plateau in his training after losing a match. JadeKing begins to learn how critical the body-mind connection is and how to harness his inner Qi.\nThe touching Gratitude section at the beginning clearly demonstrates the deep connections he shares with those in his inner circle. Normally, you find the 'acknowledgements' at the very end of a book but I really enjoyed reading them upfront. It put me in a space to feel his gratitude and mindset from the very start, which, I believe, makes the book an even more enjoyable read. The book continues with the story of his journey, and the last several chapters include plenty of tips and tricks for the reader to implement their own awakening process. And the cover art is exquisite!\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"bdt-position-z-index bdt-position-center\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bdt-arrows-dots-container bdt-slidenav-container \">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"bdt-flex bdt-flex-middle\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div
